Refund Policy

At Lawni, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 25-day return window for all customers, unless otherwise stated (sale and final sale items excluded). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. The return window begins from the date of delivery/pickup.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be in their original, unworn condition.
• Items returned by mail must be in their original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
• Returns are only accepted if there is a fault in the item.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the order. Depending on your bank, it may take approximately 5-15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
