We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, worldwide.

• Valid within 25 days of delivery.

• Lawni covers both return and reshipping costs.

• Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

Additional exchanges beyond the first may incur shipping fees.

Lifetime Warranty

All Lawni pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

This includes structural issues such as:

• Faulty clasps or locks

• Defective soldering

• Stone setting faults

• Craftsmanship-related breakage

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches or cosmetic damage after delivery

• Fading or plating wear from regular use

• Tarnishing

• Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, accidents, or misuse

• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties

If a piece is modified in any way, the warranty is void.

Our warranty remains valid and transferable if the item is gifted.

25-Day Protection

We offer a 25-day protection window from the date of delivery or pickup.

To qualify under our protection policy:

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

• Items returned by mail must include original packaging (box, pouch, and tags).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Returns are only accepted in the unlikely event that an item has a manufacturing fault.

If your item arrives with a visible defect or scratch, please notify us as soon as possible within the 25-day protection window.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be reviewed and processed within approximately 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account.

Rust-Resistant Jewelry

Our jewelry is rust-resistant under normal conditions. To maintain its finish, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning agents, and chlorinated water, as such exposure may cause damage not covered under warranty.
