Returns and Warranty at Lawni
At Lawni, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 25-day return window for all customers, unless otherwise stated (sale and final sale items excluded). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. The return window begins from the date of delivery or pickup.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be in their original, unworn condition.
- Items returned by mail must be in their original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
- Returns are only accepted if there is a fault in the item.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the order. Depending on your bank, it may take approximately 5-15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Rust-Proof Jewelry
Our jewelry is rust-proof under normal circumstances. However, to maintain this rust-resistant quality, it is essential to avoid exposing your pieces to harsh chemicals and chlorine, as this may cause damage that is not covered by our warranty.
Warranty Coverage
All of our fine jewelry and sterling silver items come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We cover manufacturing defects in our jewelry. However, the following are not covered:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- Scratches or tarnishing of sterling silver that occurs after delivery.
- Any breakages due to wear and tear.
- If a piece has been altered in any manner, such as being trimmed by a jeweler or repainted, the warranty is voided.
In the unlikely event your item arrives with a scratch, you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to report this and claim under our warranty. Please note, our warranty remains valid and transferable if the item is gifted to someone else.
